JOB DESCRIPTION

The Maintenance Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. This position involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and project management, along with excellent leadership skills to supervise maintenance teams effectively.

SKILLS

• Excellent command of English for effective communication across teams.
• Solid mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including high voltage and low voltage systems.
• Experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership qualities that foster a collaborative work environment.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including the use of tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting. • Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
• Schedule preventive maintenance tasks and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize work orders.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and manage inventory.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schematics and equipment manuals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance operations.
• Assist in the training of staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
