We are proud of our heritage and are looking for a strategic and highly organized Maintenance Planner to join our team and uphold our standards of operational excellence.
As the Maintenance Planner, you will be the crucial link between our production and maintenance departments. Your primary role will be to improve plant reliability and workforce efficiency by planning and scheduling all maintenance activities. You will ensure our maintenance technicians have the resources, parts, and clear instructions needed to execute their work safely and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing asset performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Technology) is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
3-5+ years of experience in a maintenance role (as a planner or senior technician) within a manufacturing environment. Experience in the food and beverage or dairy industry is highly desirable.
Proven, hands-on proficiency with a CMMS is required.
Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and reliability principles.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Work Order Management: Develop detailed job plans for all planned maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective work.
Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule all planned maintenance work, coordinating with production planning to secure equipment availability and minimize operational impact. Publish weekly and daily maintenance schedules.
Preventive Maintenance Optimization: Review and refine Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and schedules to improve equipment reliability and ensure the effectiveness of our PM program.
Documentation & Records: Maintain critical maintenance records, technical documentation, equipment files, and manuals to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze maintenance data to identify failure trends, high-cost repairs, and other opportunities for reliability improvements. Work with the Maintenance and Engineering teams to develop and implement solutions.
Communication: Serve as a central point of communication, collaborating closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, technicians, production staff, and outside vendors.
