Key Responsibilities • Support in preparing maintenance build for new projects/Legacy systems • Develop detailed maintenance plans for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities • Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance schedules ensuring minimal disruption to production • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and reliability teams to prioritize work orders • Review, validate, and prioritize work requests in the CMMS (SAP, Maximo, JDE or equivalent) • Ensure work orders have complete job plans, including labor, materials, tools, and safety requirements • Track progress and close work orders with accurate documentation • Forecast and allocate manpower, tools, and equipment for planned jobs • Ensure all maintenance plans comply with refinery/LNG safety standards and regulatory requirements • Prepare job hazard analysis and include safety permits in job plans • Support emergency maintenance planning during unplanned shutdowns • Monitor KPIs such as schedule compliance, backlog, and maintenance cost • Provide daily and weekly reports to management on maintenance performance • Develop detailed job packages for critical equipment during outages • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services • Strong knowledge of refinery/LNG/Complex Chemical facility equipment and maintenance practices • Proficiency in CMMS tools (SAP, Maximo, JDE) • Understanding of reliability principles (RCM, FMEA) We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. Work Experience B.Tech. 5-10 Years of experience The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance plans to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of refinery/ LNG or complex chemical facilities. This role involves planning preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, managing work orders, and ensuring resource availability while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards. The position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights, to support continuous plant operations.
