We are looking for a maintenance planner to develop accurate maintenance plans (+12 weeks) aligned to our business strategy.
This role is a great opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a passion for continuous improvement to play a part in an experienced team to ensure effective work management across our smelter.

Working Monday to Friday and reporting to the Senior Planner, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating work orders from notifications, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and statutory requirements
  • Detailed planning of work orders facilitating safe and efficient maintenance work execution
  • Maintain Master Data for assets and maintenance strategies
  • Plan work in alignment with cost forecasts & department downtime events
  • Develop 12-week rough cut schedules, maximising resource & equipment utilisation
  • Support Weekly planning rituals
  • Develop Zero Based Budgets
  • Provide coaching and support for Work Management process and SAP transactions
