If you’ve got a maintenance background and know how to organize jobs, parts, and people to keep equipment running, this is a high-impact role where you’ll drive uptime and efficiency every day. A Day in the Life Start your day reviewing work orders and production priorities Build and adjust maintenance schedules based on real-time needs Walk the floor to identify equipment issues and upcoming work Coordinate with techs to assign jobs and line up resources Jump in to help troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues when needed Make sure parts, tools, and labor are ready before work starts Track progress and update CMMS with completed work Adjust plans on the fly to keep downtime as low as possible What You’ll Work With Packaging lines, conveyors, and processing equipment Motors, pumps, compressors, and drive systems Electrical systems: wiring, panels, controls, transformers HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and facility equipment Tools & Systems: CMMS/work order systems (scheduling + tracking) Multimeters and diagnostic tools Blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals Inventory and parts tracking systems What You’ll Be Doing Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work Coordinate labor, parts, and tools for efficient execution Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues when needed Prioritize breakdowns and adjust schedules quickly Ensure all maintenance work is documented and tracked Monitor downtime, performance, and maintenance KPIs Help improve maintenance processes and reduce repeat issues Follow all safety standards (OSHA, LOTO, etc.) Requirements Skills Desired 3–5+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and/or electrical) Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordinating maintenance work Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of equipment Experience with CMMS systems Ability to prioritize, organize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Apply Today We’re actively interviewing and filling this role quickly—apply now to get scheduled.
