Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal plant performance and the efficient use of engineering resources. You’ll be the architect of our maintenance framework, defining work procedures and methods that enhance productivity and drive improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Preparing and scheduling both preventive and reactive work orders.
  • Analysing feedback and reports to refine our maintenance strategies.
  • Participating in hands-on maintenance tasks when necessary.
  • Managing engineering contractors and overseeing statutory compliance activities.
  • Planning for plant shutdowns, ensuring alignment with production needs.
