Location: Agbara Ogun State

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.Sc./HND Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical OR Electrical Engineering
  • Previous processing & packing manufacturing experience is highly appreciated.
  • Experience with database, spreadsheet software and CMMS software
  • Expertise in working with engineering and computer-assisted design software

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance activities in Unilever plants.
  • Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, availability of resources, and impact on operations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other departments to ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently.
  • Communicate maintenance plans, schedules, and status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain an inventory of necessary maintenance supplies and spare parts.
  • Ensure timely procurement of required materials and equipment.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs.
  • Generate reports on maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and downtime.
  • Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Make sure data are recorded and stored properly both for maintenance management and spare part management system
  • Make sure machine ledger, maintenance calendar and standard maintenance procedures are available for maintenance management.
  • Own, control and improve R&M cost on a weekly basis
  • Collect and analyse engineering KPIs.
