You'll optimize maintenance activities, minimize equipment downtime, and ensure peak asset reliability at our Beaumont facility. What You'll Do: Create effective job plans and coordinate scheduling for personnel and contractors Manage daily CMMS notifications and generate quality work orders Conduct site visits for accurate work planning and equipment identification Ensure compliance with safety protocols and World Class Maintenance principles Collaborate with Production, Capital Projects, and Maintenance teams Maintain preventive maintenance systems and identify process improvements. Key Focus Areas: Strategic planning and resource coordination Work order management and system optimization Safety compliance and permit verification Cross-functional collaboration and communication Continuous improvement and standardization. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years in mechanical maintenance with proven shutdown planning and scheduling experience. Demonstrated maintenance operations knowledge with experience in environmental, safety, and health compliance; Experience with SAP system, MOC process, and work in progress audits. Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude; proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling; knowledge of shutdown operations, understanding of regulatory requirements, experience in MOC process and work audits. Computer proficiency in template planning and estimating software, Microsoft Office / Google; SAP system experience including data entry, procurement, parts specification retrieval, history and reliability analysis. NCCER Plus certification in craft field or 10 applicable years of service in the maintenance field Working knowledge of SAP Maintenance.
