Job Purpose: dnata is one of the world’s largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents. We operate in 38 countries and 136 airports globally.
As a Maintenance Planning Assistant , you will be responsible for receiving, recording and following-up on customer requests by tracking the progress of ‘jobs’ being undertaken by the different sections in the workshop, in order to provide service to the customer as well as maintaining a comprehensive management information on all jobs being carried by the workshop.

• 10 Years schooling or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in Engineering / Workshops.
• Experience in maintenance planning including work order raising, equipment history recording and maintenance scheduling etc.
• Knowledge of materials/automobile spares
• Knowledge of maintenance procedure
• Ability use the computer (MS Excel/Word, Planning Software )
• Ability to build and write reports.
