Applications are now being sought for Maintenance/Porters/General Hands/Drivers to work in our 4-Star Boutique Hotel and Spa on Mount Buller for the 2025 Ski Season.

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4-5 star hotel/resort. A polite and pleasant manner is essential, along with excellent communication skills, immaculate presentation, and an eye for detail. We require team players who are hardworking, reliable, and physically fit. You must be prepared to work a six-day week during the season and always maintain a sunny disposition.
Hotel Maintenance/Porter/General Hand is responsible for meeting and greeting hotel guests, portering luggage, shovelling snow, attending to basic maintenance of our guest rooms and cleaning and maintaining our pool and spas.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Meeting and Greeting guests
• Providing exceptional levels of customer service
• Portering Luggage
• Attend to basic maintenance of guest rooms
• Shovelling Snow
• Daily maintenance checks on the swimming pool and spa
• Respond to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure communication meetings are conducted when changing shift
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislatio
