We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Professional to facilitate the day-to-day operation of our Lakewood campus!  This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and well-kept environment for residents, staff, and visitors.   Minimum Qualifications:     •    Previous experience in maintenance or construction     ◦    Previous experience in a nursing home or  healthcare setting is preferred     •    Working knowledge of basic building systems and repairs     •    Ability to follow written and verbal instructions     •    Strong attention to safety and detail     •    Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Responsibilities:     •    Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance throughout the facility     •    Troubleshoot and perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.     •    Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work orders in a timely manner     •    Support facility safety programs, including fire safety and emergency preparedness     •    Assist with required inspections, testing, and documentation     •    Maintain compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations     •    Participate in on-call or after-hours coverage as needed     •    Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner Skills: The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on maintenance skills with the ability to troubleshoot and perform routine, preventive, and corrective repairs across a variety of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.  They will demonstrate a solid understanding of safety practices and regulatory compliance, particularly in a healthcare or nursing facility environment. This role requires excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively prioritize work orders and respond promptly to maintenance needs. The candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of following written and verbal instructions while working independently or collaboratively with a team. Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to facility upkeep, and the ability to maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and orderly manner are essential.  Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential to your success in this role.  
Responsibilities
The professional will perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across the facility, including troubleshooting and general repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
