MANAGER (MAINTENANCE PROJECT)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Project Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, management, reporting, and resourcing of technical tasks to ensure the quality and accuracy of our maintenance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plant shutdown maintenance projects, ensuring that all aspects are properly implemented and meet established standards.
It is preferable to have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with at least five years of experience. We invite you to apply if you have experience managing plant maintenance projects and can demonstrate excellent supervision and project management skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering, other engineering disciplines, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in process plants, with exposure to both project and maintenance activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, resourceful, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.

• Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives, deadlines and budgets.
• Carry out a range of cost engineering activities, such as cost control, budget preparation, forecasting, cost reporting, and managing progress claims.
• Develop and implement inspection criteria to ensure project quality and compliance.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with various departments.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned subject to business needs.
