This role involves close coordination with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable service operations.

• Develop and oversee operation and maintenance strategies for EV charging stations throughout the Netherlands
• Analyze performance data to identify priorities and implement improvements
• Generate clear, data-driven insights and technical reports
• Lead and support the internal service team on technical issues and development
• Collaborate on infrastructure and service projects to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with external contractors to ensure high-quality and timely work
• Share knowledge to elevate team capabilities and technical standards
• Ensure alignment and clear communication between technical teams and management
