Description Job Title: Maintenance Reliability Supervisor Department: Production Management Reports To: VP of Plant Operations FLSA Status: Salaried Exempt Supervises plant supplies and supply room clerks/parts runners in, both, PSVB & PSR. Directly responsible for parts inventory quantities, preventive maintenance and work order scheduling, review and setup. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Supervise PSVB & PSR Supply rooms – Van Buren plant shifts 1, 2, & 3; Rogers plant Shifts 1 & 2. Schedule preventive maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities, facility systems & building infrastructure. Coordinate PM schedules with production management and maintenance personnel to minimize operational disruptions. Monitor PM & WO completion rates and address overdue or missed activities. Review and ensure all maintenance records are properly documented within Reliability PM system. Ensure necessary parts, tools and materials are available before scheduled PM/WO work begins. Assist with Maintenance parts and PM parts ordering. Work with purchasing and inventory personnel to maintain appropriate spare parts levels. Schedule PMs assigned to external service companies. Manage and track all vendor equipment repairs.
