JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop, implement, and oversee engineering solutions for a variety of projects within the realm of maintenance, repair, and operations.
• Conduct monitoring and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success from conception through to completion.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Analyse engineering problems and develop effective solutions that adhere to budgetary and time constraints.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports detailing engineering processes, project updates, and completion summaries.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to identify and integrate best practices into projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in any Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in engineering roles, preferably within the MRO sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
