Description

Job Description: Lead a team to manage (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) MRO activities (ie. Preventive maintenance/ Corrective maintenance) for a fleet of Armament systems and ensure it’s performed on schedule Responsible to ensure contractual monthly performances of Armament systems is met Required to prepare Service report, indentation of spares and coordination of works with customers and internal stakeholders Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery. Drive continuous improvement in work processes and ensure 5S are performed in the workshop Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering field, prefer Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering Knowledge in SAP and military armament systems will be preferred Highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and lead a team Preferably candidate to possess class 3 driving license

Responsibilities

Lead a team in managing MRO activities for armament systems to ensure contractual performance and schedule adherence. Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and 5S standards in the workshop.
