“The Maintenance responsable is in charge for the preventive and corrective maintenance on the ALAC installations in Geleen. He/she manages one ALAC -technician and maintenance tasks with subcontractors and supplier. He/she is in charge of implementing the maintainance strategy, including plant optimization to reduce waste and increase efficiency, proper cost allocation.
He/she ensures maintenance activities are done according to all applicable legislation requirements in the Netherlands such as ARBO, ATEX, IVG. etc, and works in line with the ISO 9001, 14001 and IMS standards.”
1. Maintenance

*manages the maintenance processes and ensures compliance with legal requirements, IMS, AL regulations and best practices

• defines and follow-up his budget requirements and ensures implementation of maintenance in accordance with strategies and objectives(scope, timing & resources)
• handles recurring problems on invested equipment according to competence, receives help when necessary from Engineering team
• manages a safe work environment for operators, technician and subcontractors

1. Optimalization

*analysis of Shiftcomm (reporting tool ) input by the production shift supervisors in order to ensure the reliability of the filling plant installations and equipment

• shares& aplies best practices based on his expertice, input from shiftsupervisors, and experts within AL
• searches for continuous efficiencies (f.ex. implementing maintenance programs such as Minimaint), improves reliability of the filling-plant and applies IMS and maintenance methologies, taking into account the CAPEX envelope
• participates and give input related to vulneribility (spare parts) and risk management studies (HAZOP)
• implements requirements based on conclusions of internal audits (IMS-related) and and externalaudits (BRZO , ATEX, IVG related)

1. Organisation

*manage maintenance and evaluates maintenance training requirements and required tools

• creates an overview (= dashboard)in which annual maintenance plan is described, preventive and corrective reports can be found as well as required legal inspections
• sets objectives and evaluates maintenance technician
• ensures minimal occupation for continuous business (cfr. planning holidays, ..)
• participates maintenance, MOC-follow-up meetings and audits within his scope
