JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Maintenance/Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will require maintenance skills , lawn care and pool maintenance experience. In addition will assist with cleaning rooms (will train). We are small hotel so it takes a team effort to operate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in maintenance and housekeeping experience preferred
• Strong computer literacy with operation software.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse clientele.

• General maintenance, painting, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning.
• Lawn care, pressure washing, maintaining outside furniture and decks
• Pool maintenance including keeping chemical levels within health department guidelines.
• Room cleaning (will train)
