Learn more at www.tolin.com General Description: We have an opening for a Maintenance Sales Representative at our Colorado Springs branch. This position requires an engaging and outgoing personality. Candidates must have a minimum of two years outside sales experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in the HVAC and facility services industries or property management. Responsibilities for Maintenance Sales Representative include: Sales / Marketing Business Development Client Relations Communication Technical Understanding Leadership Teamwork Relationship Management Compensation & Benefits: Average Starting Salary: $70K - $80K + Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of sales).
