Requirements What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred Demonstrated success in sales within the maintenance or HVAC industry Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with your team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
