Description We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform dealership upkeep tasks and cleaning. This position will be responsible for ensuring facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Requirements Clean, sanitize and maintain dealership showrooms, bathrooms and offices Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping etc. Perform minor repairs as needed Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, emptying and replacing trash receptacles Being reliable with a keen eye for detail Grounds keeping will include entire perimeter of the property as well as general maintenance interior , exterior throughout the property Maintain and restock supplies as needed. This is not construed as a comprehensive list, as additional responsibilities may be added or addressed as unique dealership and/or customer needs arise. Qualifications Basic practices and methods in the repair of buildings, including safety procedures; common tools, equipment, and materials used in the carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical trades; electro-mechanical appliances used in homes and other buildings. Applicants must be physically able to perform, efficiently and effectively, the essential duties of the position.
