Job Summary: DT Professional Services is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to support our NSWC team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role coordinates and schedules vehicle maintenance activities to ensure accurate service records and timely repair of fleet assets. Responsibilities: Schedule vehicle service appointments with internal shops and external repair vendors. Maintain and update vehicle maintenance and service records in tracking systems. Monitor upcoming maintenance requirements and notify appropriate personnel of due services. Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and supervisors to minimize vehicle downtime and service delays. Basic Qualifications: Active Secret clearance. High School diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years experience tracking and maintain vehicle service records and scheduling vehicle service appointments with auto repair shops.
