We are looking for multiple positions as Maintenance Scheduler to ensure all weekly maintenance activities are scheduled, and materials kitted and staged, to ensure the efficiency of the maintenance crew and the reliability of the equipment. The key success to this position will be the incumbent’s ability to manage multiple resources/requests, exercise sound decision-making, and coordinate maintenance work with all operational areas in the committed timeframes.

Reporting to the Maintenance Planning Supervisor, and working a Monday to Friday schedule, you will be:

  • Acting with humility, honesty, integrity, and a commitment to safety. Demonstrating commitment and compliance to all safety policies and procedures to ensure zero injuries or incidents
  • Prioritising work with the Supervisors, Superintendents, and external departments, utilising your considerable stakeholder and relationship building skills
  • Producing multi-discipline weekly maintenance schedules which are practical, with all obligations identified, with accurate timelines and all necessary materials and equipment available
  • Prioritizing and managing maintenance outstanding work
  • Providing KPI data showing maintenance performance to various stakeholder.
  • Facilitating the work management meetings; scheduling of outside contractors; and providing relevant job packages
  • Applying shutdown management best practices
  • Working closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organization to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, and ensure there are effective, appropriate risk management strategies in place.
