Receive Maintenance Repair Request Form (MRRF) from production Team leader, assess the task and assign technician accordingly to insure proper tasks distribution.  Assist in troubleshooting breakdowns upon need and seek Production Unit Head support for critical tasks.  Verify Maintenance Repair Request and preventive tasks upon completion to insure the job has been properly done and update Maintenance Log Sheet.  Execute preventive maintenance tasks as per preventive maintenance schedule and assign tasks among his team accordingly to insure preventive maintenance is taking place on time.  Assist production Unit Head in setting the scheduled Maintenance Plan.  Coach new Maintenance comers based on the set On the Job Training (OJT).  Assess and pre-approve Spare Part Requisition Form in order to insure adequate spare parts consumption.  Prepare a report stating the major additional tasks that were carried out once the machine was under breakdown reparation or preventive maintenance in order to insure that all maintenance activities are being documented.  Assume 6S duties according to the set 6S plan to enhance working condition.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Senior Team Leader oversees daily electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, including assigning breakdown tasks and managing preventive maintenance schedules. They are responsible for coaching team members, managing spare parts requisitions, and ensuring all maintenance documentation is accurately maintained.
