You will have a strong understanding of asset management and how that fits with a tertiary education organisation. You will champion the Property Services customer promise [https://www.waikato.ac.nz/facilities/about/customer-promise] through communicating with customer groups to ensure high quality services are provided, and service delivery timeframes are achieved. You will support and lead staff and contractors to deliver high quality services and support our customers. As the university continues to strengthen and evolve its maintenance service delivery, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, building team capability and contributing positively to the wider Property Services culture. You will understand the legislative requirements associated with property services, including but not limited to the Building Act, Resource Management Act, Education Act as well as the Health & Safety Act. Salary will be in the range of $115,904 to $127,449 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.
