Description We are looking for a Maintenance Service Supervisor to oversee and coordinate residential maintenance services for homeowners. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient scheduling, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of residential maintenance. Plumbing, HVAC, Landscaping, Pest Control, or Pool Maintenance trade experience is preferred, and is skilled in managing both service providers and customer relationships. Requirements Key Responsibilities · Coordinate and schedule maintenance vendors for homeowners. · Supervise and evaluate vendor performance and service quality by conducting on-site inspections. · Perform onsite visits, inspect the condition of each home in accordance with an Inspection Checklist, which will be provided, and deliver the findings to the homeowner. · Maintain ongoing communication with homeowners regarding service status, scheduling, and feedback. · Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. · Collect homeowner feedback through satisfaction surveys and interviews. · Prepare service reports to homeowners. · Prepare internal weekly/monthly reports summarizing activities, performance metrics, and issues. Qualifications · Knowledge and experience in residential maintenance fields: Plumbing, HVAC, Landscape, Pest Control, and Pool Maintenance. · Strong organizational and scheduling skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general reporting tools. · Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various parties. · Prior experience in property management, construction, or home service coordination preferred. Preferred Attributes · Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. · Familiarity with CRM or service management software. · Basic understanding of budgeting or cost estimation in maintenance operations. Work Conditions · Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Alternating weekend availability is needed) · Fieldwork: requires working outdoors, potentially in various weather conditions, which could include heat, rain, or cold. · Travel: Driving throughout the state of FL. · Physical Activity: Walking, Standing and lifting/carrying heavy items.
Responsibilities
