As a Maintenance Services Manager (MSM), you’ll play a critical role in delivering reliable, world-class operations within our hyperscale data centres. Reporting to the Senior Technical Service Manager, you’ll lead site technicians and vendor partners to ensure safe, efficient operations and 100% uptime for our customers. What You'll Do: Lead and coach a multidisciplinary technical team across 24/7 operations Manage planned and reactive maintenance, upgrades and critical switching activities Ensure compliance with SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, safety and regulatory standards Drive operational excellence through risk analysis, incident management and continuous improvement Collaborate with vendors, customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes What You'll Bring: 5+ years’ experience in data centres, facilities, engineering operations, trades or related industries Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, RCA reporting, switching procedures and operational documentation Experience managing third-party service providers and contractor performance Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach The AirTrunk Culture Working at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact.
