Location: Stadium 2 - South Elmsall Pay: £22.96 Bonus: Warehouse Productivity Schedule: 4 Week Rotation - 12 hour shifts including days, nights and weekends Job Type: Permanent Hours: 42 We are looking for someone who is a self-motivated and proactive individual to work alongside the Shift Engineers and Site Maintenance Manager looking after the Site and Contractors, reporting to the Site Maintenance Manager. The key duties and responsibilities of the Team Leader are: Create a strong working relationship across the operations, Engineers and Site Maintenance Manager enabling the Engineering team to provide a first class service. Ensure that all spares issues are resolved efficiently and rapidly. Work in partnership with the operations teams to resolve all maintenance related issues, escalating as appropriate to the Site Maintenance Manager. To work with the CMMS system and help the continued use of the system across the site, both with the other Engineers and Site Maintenance Manager Help manage Contractors on site. Checking site RAMS and SWPs are up to date and suitable for work. The successful candidates will require but not limited to: Have previous experience and knowledge of Warehousing operation. Consistently work to a high standard and be able to work using their own initiative. Have previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer. Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. Demonstrate strong interpersonal team working and leadership skills. A high level of flexibility to provide cover in the absence of the Site Maintenance Manager.
