Are you an entry level maintenance tech looking for an opportunity to learn and grow? Have some basic mechanical knowledge, but lack the experience others are looking for? We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on General Service Technician (or Lube Tech) to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity with room to grow for someone who takes pride in staying organized, working hard, and maintaining a positive attitude in a busy shop environment. You’ll help keep our shop clean, safe, and running efficiently — from basic vehicle maintenance to tire and fluid services. We’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn and shows a strong work ethic. What You’ll Do: Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including: Tire removal, repair, and pressure checks Oil and fluid changes (oil, antifreeze, etc.) Wheel balancing and inspections Checking and topping off fluids Keep the shop clean and organized, including wash bay and general floor areas Wash vehicles and assist with exterior cleanup Assist other technicians as needed during shop operations Follow all safety procedures, including wearing PPE (e.g., safety glasses, ear protection, safety-toe footwear) Occasionally work weekend shifts, when needed Lift items up to 50 pounds and safely use equipment in the shop What We’re Looking For: A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Comfort working in an environment where feet may get wet and safety gear is required Reliable, punctual, and ready to take on physical tasks No experience required — we will train the right person!
