As our operations continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance / Snagger to join our team and ensure our finished products and installations meet the highest standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance/snagger role, ideally in the furniture or joinery industry/carpentry
• Good knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Own tools and transport (company car provided after successful 3 months’ probation review)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Maintenance / Snagger, you’ll be responsible for performing touch-ups, minor repairs, and quality assurance work on furniture before and after installation. Your eye for detail and hands-on approach will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out snagging and touch-up work on installed furniture and fittings.
• Perform minor repairs such as fixing scratches, adjusting hinges, or replacing faulty components.
• Inspect finished furniture for defects and ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Respond to customer service calls related to post-installation issues.
• Work closely with the installation and production teams to resolve any on-site issues.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations on-site and in the workshop.
