JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for performing inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on building infrastructure and mechanical systems throughout the hospital. Ensures all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards to support a safe and functional healthcare environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School and trade school or equivalent military training, certification and/or license in specialty preferred.
• Experience: Two to three years of doing preventive maintenance, inspection and repairs and installation of specialty related equipment, facilities and systems. Have a valid New York State driver’s license.
