QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Good general health.

• High school graduate.
• Successful experience or training in specialty area.
• Valid Alabama driver’s license required.
• Valid commercial driver’s license required within six month of employment (excluding HVAC, Electrical).
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable

REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor
SUPERVISES: Provides technical assistance to maintenance technicians as required by the Assistant Superintendent of Operations.
JOB GOAL: To provide students with safe, clean, attractive, and reasonably comfortable facilities and to protect the investment in buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Terms of Employment: Twelve-month contract (240 days).
