Description

What will be your responsibilities? * Perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs of warehouse equipment and facility elements * Monitor condition of equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation * Maintain records and inventory of equipment and material handling devices * Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with external service providers and suppliers * Support preventive maintenance activities (basic checks, battery care, fluid levels, etc.) * Track maintenance schedules using fleet or maintenance management systems * Ensure timely servicing of equipment to minimize downtime * Identify technical issues and escalate complex problems to external specialists * Respond to operational maintenance requests to avoid disruptions in warehouse activities * Support overall operational stability by ensuring equipment readiness What do we expect from you? * Secondary education (technical background is an advantage) * Experience in maintenance, warehouse operations, or technical environment * Basic technical skills and ability to perform minor repairs * Basic understanding of warehouse equipment or MHE (Material Handling Equipment) * Experience coordinating external service providers is an advantage * Experience with maintenance or fleet management systems is a plus * Good knowledge of MS Office * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks * Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues * Communication in English as advantage * Attention to detail when managing equipment and maintenance record What do we offer? * Opportunity to participate in the launch of a new greenfield project for a prestigious automotive brand * Stable employment in an international company * Permanent employment contract (full-time position) * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Friendly working environment with supportive management * Motivating salary package * 25 days of annual leave * Meal allowance of CZK 100 for each worked day * Flexible working hours Compensation DP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
