We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Specialist to add to our team! All you need is a high school diploma. If you have experience in the facility maintenance field, that’s a plus! We will teach you the rest! A Day in The Life as a Maintenance Specialist As a maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for keeping the offices and facilities in proper working order, by performing general maintenance tasks: plumbing, carpentry, replacing filters, repairing damaged walls, installation of furniture and equipment. You will also assist the Director of Resource Management with the evaluation of each office and project. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or G.E.D. Previous residential maintenance and repair experience, including basic carpentry, HVAC, plumbing or electrical recommended. Prefer commercial maintenance and repair experience with chillers, boilers and electrical circuits.
