The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory. Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region. R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers. Job Description Performed machine repair and troubleshooting to ensure 24/7 production continuity. Conducted root cause analysis and implemented effective countermeasures on the shop floor. Executed preventive maintenance and TPM as planned, driving continuous improvement. Applied strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment issues quickly. Supported solution of machine electrical issues across the manufacturing area. Prepared daily operation reports and breakdown analysis for management decision-making. Developed Work Instructions (WI) and delivered On-the-Job Training (OJT) for maintenance activities. Qualifications Education Background: Diploma / bachelor's degree in Machine Tool Technology, specializing in Tool and Die & Injection Molding. Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or related field. Basic in English. At least 2 years' experience in maintenance job of automotive industry. Diploma at least 4 years' experience in Mechanical. Engineer at least 2 years' experience in Mechanical Engineer. Good Attitude. Able to work under high pressure. Deliver full spectrum of Maintenance services to shopfloor operations. Problem solving skill. Technical knowledge & skill in maintenance job. Knowledge & skill in Preventive maintenance and TPM. Teamwork and service mind. Teamwork and coordination with other departments. Mechanical Design skill (Solidwork ,NX ,Inventor).
