Our Lifestyle Communities Division plays a key role in this mission, managing Corporate Sales and Marketing, three lifestyle communities in Lake Macquarie, new development projects, and Maintenance Services across these vibrant sites.
We are currently seeking a motivated, hands-on all-rounder to join our Cooranbong Maintenance team — someone who leads by example, takes initiative, and takes pride in keeping our environments safe, functional, and welcoming for residents and visitors alike.

The Maintenance role supports the upkeep and functionality of Avondale Care’s Aged Care Cooranbong facilities (Avondale House and Alton Lodge), ensuring buildings are operational and safe. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Procurement Coordinator, this role assists with stock movements, stores inventory, maintenance of the facility’s equipment while fostering a welcoming and secure environment for all.
