About the Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Superintendent (Mechanical) to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and work on an 8:6 roster.
Your focus will be on providing strategic and operational management for the maintenance function, ensuring asset reliability, safety, and alignment with business objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading safe, efficient maintenance in line with site plans, guidelines, and statutory requirements.
  • Managing planning, scheduling, and supervisory teams to deliver weekly work plans.
  • Overseeing recruitment, development, and the performance of maintenance personnel.
  • Driving improvements in safety, reliability, and maintenance performance.
  • Ensuring HSEC compliance and promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, budgets, and work progress to meet business targets.

About You
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, including previous experience in coordinator or superintendent-level roles.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Mechanical trade certificate.
  • Experience within mineral processing fixed-plant environments.
  • Skilled in maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, defect elimination, and asset management.
  • Proven ability in cost control, budgeting, and business improvement.
  • Familiarity with the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Mines Regulations 2022.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
  • Current C-class manual driver’s licence.
