Thiess is seeking expressions of interest from exceptional HME Superintendents to take charge of all site maintenance activities for our project. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, Thiess procedures, and OEM recommendations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Fostering a strong and collaborative work team.
• Demonstrating and upholding a high standard of safety leadership.
• Cultivating a culture of high performance within the maintenance team.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Driving continuous improvement and effective asset management to meet budget utilization rates.
