What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Supervisor You’re organized, dependable, and skilled in both leadership and repair work. You bring: · 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision. · HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing. · Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance. · Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems. · Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies. · High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).
