Description Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K and PTO after 90 days! Summary: Safely perform and/or coordinate scheduled and unscheduled equipment and building maintenance, including the troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and installation of equipment. Training and supervision of work executed by Maintenance Technicians. Owner of Preventive Maintenance Process and associated performance metrics. Member of Safety Committee. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Create, implement, and operate a predictive and preventive maintenance program for the facility, grounds, and all plant equipment, includes performing and/or coordinating actual maintenance/repairs as appropriate: Automatic Minster Press-lines, includes feed equipment, straighteners, and un-coilers Manual Presses Robotic Welders and Machines Resistance Welders Hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanically driven equipment Forklifts – (managed) contracted through Alta Multiple Overhead Cranes – (managed) contracted through Star Crane Multiple Air Compressors AC / Heating Units/Systems – (managed) contracted through Industrial Service Solutions Alarm System(s) – (managed) contracted through Midstate Security/FVP Garage doors Facility infrastructure – floor repairs, structural repair of pillars, guards, ramps, plumbing, including underground sprinkler system Responsible for re-application of all safety labels/markings, including equipment identification, confined space identification, plant floor-lines, emergency exit signs, SDS labels and containers (and all associated inventory of supplies needed to support) Responsible for managing lock-out/tag-out – list of employees and associated issued locks/keys Responsible for training and conducting performance assessments of personnel for the safe operating of forklifts, scissor-lifts, and overhead cranes. Requirements Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years prior essential duty related experience, preferably in a metal stamping and welding environment.
