Job Details Job Location: ARC-AUSTIN ARC DIRECT TO CLIENTELE - Austin, TX 78745 Position Type: Full Time Regular Education Level: High School Diploma/GED Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Minimal Job Shift: Day Job Category: Property Supervises, plans, schedules, and monitors the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. Supervises and participates in the maintenance and repair of general maintenance work such as plumbing, electrical, painting and minor facilities maintenance. Has extensive knowledge, training and/or experience in electrical, plumbing and other facilities maintenance. Recommends to management the use of third-party repair vendors for repairs and maintenance that are beyond his/her knowledge, skills and abilities Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, and five years of experience repairing various plumbing, electrical, painting, and other facilities repairs/maintenance. Some experience supervising other employees performing the same or similar work or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Licenses and Certifications Valid State Driver’s License Required Plumbing, Electrical or other Maintenance Certifications Preferred
