Job Description We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance operations across both hotels, ensuring building systems, equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard to deliver an excellent guest experience. This position suits a maintenance professional who enjoys leading a team, coordinating contractors and working in a fast-paced hotel environment. What you’ll be doing: Carry out and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across the hotels Prioritise daily maintenance requests to support smooth hotel operations Diagnose, maintain and repair plant, equipment and hotel infrastructure Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring work meets Accor standards and safety requirements Assist with testing and compliance of fire panels, emergency lighting and life‑safety systems Maintain accurate maintenance records in line with Council, regulatory and compliance requirements Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives Liaise closely with Front Office and Housekeeping to minimise room downtime Qualifications What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory role Previous Hotel or hospitality experience is preferrred Strong working knowledge of building maintenance and hotel services Ability to coordinate others, and manage multiple priorities A hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach Excellent communication skills Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Confident using computers and hotel systems such as Microsoft office, Opera Cloud Hub OS Comfortable performing the physical tasks required in this role Additional Information Why Join Us?
