Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep and smooth operation of our hotel facilities. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all equipment, fixtures, and fittings meet high safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Supervision & Coordination: Lead routine maintenance tasks and general repair work across the property. Preventative Oversight: Oversee and conduct preventative maintenance inspections to proactively resolve issues. Rapid Response: Manage and respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff to ensure minimal disruption. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report major concerns or budgetary needs to management. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for all. Qualifications Proven Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance role within a hotel or a similar high-traffic environment. Leadership Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while guiding others. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards. Efficiency: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
