OVERVIEW

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations. This role requires in-depth experience in the construction industry, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or certification in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as fit-out procedures.
  • Experience in overseeing and managing maintenance operations in high-end residential or commercial properties.
  • Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they carry out tasks related to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
  • Ensure that all maintenance work adheres to company standards and complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services and inspections when necessary.
  • Oversee and ensure that maintenance requirements are integrated during the construction phase and post-completion.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues, particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure the maintenance work is of high quality, and repairs are done correctly.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards, and maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Monitor the stock levels of tools, spare parts, and materials, and reorder as necessary.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the maintenance team, ensuring they stay updated on industry best practices and safety procedures.
  • Handle staff scheduling, workload distribution, and performance evaluations for the maintenance crew.
