Resident Experience: * Complete work orders within 24 hours of submission to the community members satisfaction * Promote community member satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of community cleanliness and curb appeal * Paint interior and exterior surfaces as necessary * Interact with current and future community members in a professional, courteous, and non-discriminatory manner What You’ll Need: * Authorization to work in the United States * High School Diploma or equivalent * Reliable transportation * 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance * Possess your own hand tools * General knowledge of various maintenance functions included and not limited to groundskeeping and snow removal, painting, appliance repair, caulking, minor electrical, minor plumbing, pool maintenance (if applicable), HVAC, obtaining bids from vendors, ordering inventory * Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and engage in cost/benefit analytical decision-making, and ambition for continuous professional development Your Work Environment: * Approximately 90% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage which may require the ability to climb stairs, scaffolds, ladders and maneuver walkways * Approximately 10% in office environment using computer or tablet and phone * Frequent lifting, pushing, carrying or pulling of 20-50 pounds * Frequent kneeling, crouching, bending, and reaching to inspect appliances and fixtures * May be required to work weekends Mission Statement: “Affinity doesn’t just manage an asset – we cultivate an investment. Oversee the general maintenance, asset preservation, and apartment turnovers for a 110-unit residential community. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal while responding to emergency maintenance requests on a rotating on-call schedule.
