You will be responsible for: Responsibility for Business targets and results within his/her responsibility area Responsible to secure that teams deliver the required activities to ensure that products and services are delivered on time according to described standards Continuously develop the competence of your teams through training, on-the-job coaching and 1 to 1 development. You are the main coach / Trainer for the Team leader, and you provide timely feedback on improvement areas to the team and team members Undertake all relevant people planning and management including resource planning short and long term, holiday planning, sickness management and individual performance management Provide the right environment for your teams to work together effectively with good communication and co-operation both with each other and with relevant support functions Technical background with strong understanding of maintenance systems and processes   What will you bring? University degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical/Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related field/advantage, or equivalent experience Several years of previous working experience with maintenance in automotive sector / advantage Very good knowledge of the Maintenance practices / processes Experience in team leadership and coordination Good communication and logical / analytical thinking Conversational in English and Slovak (written and spoken)    Compensation Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.000 EUR.* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate. Additional benefits: 13th salary;  Annual Volvo Bonus depending on performance and company's financial results;  Contribution for Supplementary Pension Savings (lll.
