If this is aligned with who you are, apply now.   Bonner Carrington Property Management is a forward-thinking full-service property management company with the best leaders in the industry.   The position: We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team.   The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for always maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a clean and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. It is the Maintenance Supervisor’s duty to anticipate, identify and correct all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about one’s work with excellent communication skills.   Responsibilities * Supervises and ensures the proper maintenance of the property and grounds based on Bonner Carrington Property Management and property objectives  * Safely supervises and directs maintenance staff * Maintains property operating budget, including creating PO and getting approval prior to purchases * Review work orders, prioritize and complete in a safe and timely manner * Ensure all work orders are responded to within 24 - 48 hours * Develop schedules, coordinate, and manage make-ready program for the property in conjunction with the property manager and property staff * Coordinate with vendors and contractors to complete work in a safe and timely manner * Properly secure and care for property equipment and supplies * Implement preventative maintenance plan * Walk property weekly, identify maintenance & safety related issues, and manage repair process * Ability to be on call for after-hours emergencies   Qualifications * A minimum of 3 years of related experience * Prior experience in Multifamily Community maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, mold awareness, pool care, roof and gutter repair, and painting preferred  * Valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance * EPA and/or HVAC certification; CPO certification preferred  * Required to furnish their own tools to perform daily routine tasks on the property  * Must also be able to transport or move up to 50 pounds at variable distances * The mobility and flexibility to use ladders and to access and work in confined spaces or at heights in excess of nine feet * Required to use general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to hand tools, power tools, ladders, dollies, jacks, motors, pumps, compressors, blower equipment, vacuum pump, pool chemicals, and safety equipment, etc. * Requires work outdoors in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit to perform necessary maintenance * Must be able to drive personal or company motor vehicles without jeopardizing the safety of prospects, residents, fellow associates, and property guests * Must wear company specified maintenance uniform apparel and safety equipment when required * Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English   This job title is associated with Apartment Maintenance, Lead Maintenance, Maintenance Supervisor, Community Maintenance Lead, Service Manager, or Maintenance Director   Why should you apply?   Reason 1- Top industry pay and benefits including 401 K and generous paid time off Reason 2- Advancement opportunities with a fast-growing company Reason 3- Company Events and volunteer opportunities Reason 4- Work with a team of professionals Reason 5- A focus on training and industry education   Employment with Bonner Carrington Property Management is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.   Bonner Carrington Property Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.   Associated topics: Apartment Maintenance, Lead Maintenance, Maintenance Supervisor, Community Maintenance Lead, or Maintenance Director
