Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will supervise a team of maintenance technicians which executes a variety of medium complex activities to maintain asset capacity and quality standards for reliable operations of the plant. . (#LI-ES2 ) Key Accountabilities
Coordinate the execution of equipment maintenance strategy for each asset within the plant.
Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards, as well as maintenance best practices. Develop and implement production schedules to use labor, tools, plant and equipment effectively.
Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.
Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.
Partner with site and regional reliability team to improve asset health and reliability.
You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of directly maintenance related work experience
One year of supervisory experience
Limited travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systems
Experience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results Position Information
