Join our Cass-Clay Creamery team and play a critical role in keeping our dairy operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can lead a team, drive performance, and ensure equipment uptime in a fluid milk and yogurt processing facility.   Shift: 1st shift   What You’ll Do: * Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians * Prioritize and assign daily work to ensure efficient operations * Drive a strong preventive & predictive maintenance program * Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving * Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance * Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts   Qualifications What We’re Looking For/Job Requirements: * Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment (3-5 years) * Supervisory or lead experience with maintenance technicians (2 years) * Electrical experience with motor control circuitry up to 480V 3-phase * Preferred: PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) and/or ammonia refrigeration experience * Working knowledge of industrial equipment typically found in food and beverage or dairy manufacturing plants (fillers, conveyors, compressors, blow mold machines) * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Ability to manage priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced environment * Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS)   Physical requirements: * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without accommodations. * Stand for extended periods.     Benefits: * Comprehensive benefits package available 1st of the month after start date * 401(k) with company contribution * Competitive pay * Paid vacation and holidays * Career growth opportunities - we promote from within! * Service recognition and employee rewards * Employee referral program * Tuition reimbursement * Work with dairy farm families   An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
