EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting HVAC systems and logic controllers.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective team leadership.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Two years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Mentally and physically able to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
  • Able to plan and organize maintenance service.
  • Computer literate.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs.
  • Day to day in-suite maintenance tasks for the residents of the building.
  • Season maintenance as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to HVAC systems, low voltage systems, and other industrial equipment.
  • Follow preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
